| Denise
Pernollet-Maissen born 1966, completed after basic
training as a salesperson her advancement to
accountant with a national certificate of
qualification as a management consultant at the
Business School Zurich in 1992. Her path led her
from the Finance Board of the City of Chur and
Canton Grison (1985-1988) to IBM Switzerland
(1988-1991) and finally to the Experta Group
(1991-1995) in Zurich. After several years of
working independently she becamc one of the founders
of the BB Trust Ltd.
Denise
Pernollet-Maissen is married and mother to two
children. She lives in Baar (Canton Zug)
